OUR SUSTAINABILITY STATEMENT
Current PracticeFor ScoreMax, sustainability means widening access to useful education, designing inclusively, using data and artificial intelligence responsibly, reducing avoidable waste, and improving the efficiency and accountability of the services we operate.
This statement describes the governing scope of the ScoreMax sustainability programme; individual achievements are reported separately.
OUR CURRENT POLICIES AND COMMITMENTS
Current PracticeScoreMax separates formal policies, current operating commitments and future targets. Policy records show their version, owner and review cycle so that public statements can be checked and updated.
The product contains versioned governance, privacy, accessibility, content-review and public-commitment records.
WHAT WE ARE DOING NOW
Current PracticeScoreMax delivers supported assessment and feedback digitally, uses governed content-intake controls, keeps academic and public-content publishing under defined approval rules, and has introduced keyboard and accessibility foundations. These are current practices; their wider impact still needs measurement through real pilots.
Supported by the current platform architecture and V6.2.4 accessibility foundations; environmental impact has not yet been quantified.
OUR FUTURE SUSTAINABILITY PLAN
Future CommitmentScoreMax will establish measurable baselines, publish progress honestly, review accessibility with real users and assistive technology, and assess the efficiency and educational impact of its infrastructure and artificial-intelligence services.
Future commitments remain targets until evidence confirms completion.
FORMAL GOVERNANCE
Design core journeys so they can be used by a broad range of learners and tested with real accessibility methods.
Use artificial intelligence within defined boundaries, preserve source and version evidence, and keep formal academic approval where it is required.
Use learner data to support learning, safety and platform operation; avoid selling student data or using academic guidance as disguised advertising.
Require professional boundaries, safeguarding controls and accountable conduct in ScoreMax-supported relationships.
MEASURABLE REGISTER
Provide supported test, feedback and progress journeys digitally so participating learners are not required to print routine ScoreMax activities.
Baseline: Digital delivery is available; paper reduction has not yet been measured.
Target: Establish a pilot paper-use baseline and report the measured result.
